Job Description

As a Partner in the Risk Advisory division, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and solutions to our clients in managing and mitigating their business risks. Leading and overseeing a team of consultants, you will directly engage with clients to understand their needs, develop customized risk management strategies, and deliver high-quality advisory services. Your expertise and experience will significantly contribute to the growth and success of our firm's Risk Advisory practice. You will report to the Chairman/CEO/Senior Partner and manage a team consisting of Assistant Managers, Senior Executives, and Managers. The role requires a diverse set of skills including business development, networking, client retention, project management, people management, communication, articulation, business insight, entrepreneurial spirit, analytical thinking, problem-solving, result orientation, attention to detail, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal Audit & Risk Advisory: - Internal Audit and ICOFR - Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, and Special Audit - Special Management Audits - SOP - Process Audit - KYC Audit - Risk Advisory - Fraud control unit - Forensic Audit - Management Audit 2. Assist clients in understanding and complying with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 3. Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of clients" internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures. 4. Build client relationships and develop your team. 5. Ensure that all work output and services delivered to the client maintain the highest quality standards. 6. Supervise a team of 6-7 members. 7. Assume responsibility for the firm akin to an entrepreneur managing their own practice. 8. Ensure adherence to the firm's policies and processes within your team. Requirements: - Chartered Accountant with extensive knowledge of Internal Audits and Risk Advisory services. - Proficiency in client and team handling. - Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably with a background in Big 4 or tier-1 firms. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Strong operational knowledge with a focus on process implementation and improvement.,
