Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with recruitment partners and universities. Daily tasks include monitoring partner performance, providing support and training, facilitating communication between partners and the company, and ensuring partners are well-informed about the latest updates and opportunities. The role also involves identifying new partnership opportunities and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in partner management, recruitment, or related fields
• Understanding of the global education landscape and overseas education processes
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
