The Regional Manager must have excellent Sales skills and knowledge in International Student Recruitment particularly in the international education sector. it's field job so you have to stay on field for sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Represent Join In Campus & promote its services to agents &, counselors.

· Maximize student recruitment to achieve targets established for the region.

· Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff.

· Keep the agent contacts engaged with Join In Campus through regular communication

· Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international student enrolment.

· Must have excellent client management and query handling experience.

· Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.

· Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach

· Be on the lookout for prospective agents.

· Lead the marketing events created by the company.

· Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability

Qualifications:

Experience in student counseling and career counseling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service-oriented mindset

Knowledge in the field of education

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with study abroad programs and university application processes

Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Overseas education industry experience is a must.

One must be open to travel 20-22 days in a month.

It will a full-time target based job with attractive salary + incentives + travel allowance (Out of city).
