Role Overview: As a Partner Integration/On-boarding Analyst at Google, your role will be crucial in managing the on-boarding process for various partners, suppliers, and service providers. You will be responsible for overseeing Sales and Service Supply Chain Management projects, resolving operational challenges, and supporting technical integration issues. Your expertise in supply chain management, project management, and solutioning will be key in delivering innovative and scalable solutions to partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the on-boarding of retail partners, new customers, suppliers, and service providers across different industries. - Oversee Sales and Service Supply Chain Management projects involving Enterprise Integration and Order Management Systems. - Assist partners and stakeholders in resolving day-to-day operational challenges by providing innovative solutions. - Provide prompt support to partners and end-users in addressing technical integration issues. - Act as a liaison between the systems team and internal/external partners to ensure alignment on systems roadmap and support critical systems using IT and software engineering practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, and solutioning as a Partner Integration/On-boarding Analyst. - 5 years of experience working with business, vendor, and partner teams for project deliveries. - Experience within customer support, account, and delivery management preferred. - Experience with hardware and software product launches preferred. - Experience with partner on-boarding, training, and management preferred. - Understanding of IT compliance requirements (SOX) and vendor security requirements and processes. - Understanding of ERP Applications (Oracle or SAP), Enterprise Integration Tools (WebMethods, Dell Boomi, Ariba, and SOA), and Integration technologies (EDI and WebServices). - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
