Partner Account Executive

As a Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for building productive and profitable working relationships with partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and contacting potential partners for new business opportunities. - Providing product demos/trials and coordinating technical support to partners. - Addressing partner concerns and queries promptly to ensure partner satisfaction. - Developing competency and qualification plans for partners. - Working with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation. - Developing a business plan to improve sales and profitability. - Collaborating with Sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve revenue goals. - Coordinating with partners to prioritize, plan, and manage business activities. - Evaluating the effectiveness of the partner's marketing plans and recommending improvements. - Participating in monthly pipeline review and management activities with partners. - Overseeing partner rewards and recognition programs. - Organizing partner meetings to discuss any issues and updates. - Participating in internal business review and revenue forecasting activities. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in account management for a channel sales organization. - Experience in the information technology industry direct sales is a must. - Basic knowledge of cyber security products and the IT industry preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools. - International travel may be required. - Expertise in conducting online meetings and training often. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
