About the Role

Part-Time Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee execution of small projects including:
• Website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• AI tool integration or automation tasks
• Basic mobile app or web app development
• Communicate with developers, designers, and clients to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.
• Use project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar) for task tracking and updates.
• Report project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate testing, feedback, and final deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing small technical projects or startup environments.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile app frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Replit etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management (tech domain preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with freelancers or small development teams.
• Manage Git Repos
