Job Description

Role Overview: Were looking for dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about helping customers find the right financial solutions. As a key member of our growth team, you will be the face of Paisabazaaradvising, assisting, and converting leads into successful transactions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via Voice & email to understand their financial needs. Pitch relevant loan or credit card products based on customer profiles. Build relationships and ensure a smooth, high-conversion customer journey. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure quick service. Requirements: 1) Minimum 12th pass & Above are eligible to apply. 2) Freshers / Experienced both are eligible to apply. 3) Good selling & negotiation skills. 4) Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada are mandatory. 5) The age group between 18 - 30 years is eligible to apply. 6) The candidate's from out stations must relocate to Chennai, as the work location is Tidel Park, Taramani, Chennai.
