The Role

We seek a Digital Marketing Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in campaign management, data analysis, and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and MBAs, working on diverse international projects that demand analytical thinking and precision.

Job Description

• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
• Should have good knowledge of platforms like – Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Google Merchant Center, GTM
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Specifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Google campaign management: search, display, shopping and or hotel ads.
• Must be willing to learn new AI techniques. You will have opportunities to experiment with and apply cutting-edge AI tools such as Nanon Banana (for data-driven insights and optimization) and Veo (for AI-powered video creation and content enhancement). A strong curiosity and willingness to adapt to new technologies will be key to thriving in this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to work on Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data analysis
• Understanding of the KPIs relevant to digital marketing – CTR, CVR, Impressions, Sessions, Revenue, CPC, CPS, Revenue, Transactions, ROAS etc.
• Proficiency in Maths is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
