Paid Search Analyst

Role Overview: As a Paid Search Analyst at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for planning and executing online paid search campaigns, optimizing campaign performance, and providing recommendations based on client reporting. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, present campaign strategies to clients, and prepare client-facing reports utilizing various reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and analysis. - Monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other campaign metrics. - Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. - Communicate optimizations and recommendations based on client reporting. - Cooperate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, and optimizations. - Present campaign strategies, initiatives, and growth opportunities to clients. - Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party reporting tools. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in successfully managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Experience with website analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio. - Experience working with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. - Certifications in Google Search and Microsoft Ads preferred. - Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
