Designation:- Paid Media Specialist

Experience: 3–5 years

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PPC campaign strategy, budgeting, optimization, and reporting, and must be confident in providing quotations and media plans for clients across diverse industries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and budgets effectively.
• Experience in creating quotations and detailed media planning.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
• Create and present budget proposals, quotations, and media plans for clients on a regular basis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies, visuals (in coordination with designers), and A/B test variations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, policies, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with account managers, content teams, and clients to align campaigns with business goals.
