Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media Specialist, located in Kolkata. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing paid media strategies, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing and reporting on campaign results, and identifying opportunities for optimization. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in developing and implementing Paid Media strategies
• Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns
• Proficiency in using Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Data Analytics skills to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Understanding of Content Marketing and Creative Solutions for ad campaigns
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Paid Media and Digital Marketing are a plus
