Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, client acquisition plans, and revenue models. Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities across industries. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Lead new business pitches, client meetings, and negotiations. Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure client success through strategy-driven results. Deliver measurable impact in client growth, retention, and satisfaction. Creative & Operational Oversight Oversee creative strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, digital, fashion, and media). Ensure flawless execution across branding, marketing, and e-commerce projects. Team & Leadership Development Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across functions. Establish processes and systems for scalable operations. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Founder’s Office & Market Expansion Work directly with the Founder’s Office on business vision, strategy, and execution. Play an active role in scaling operations between Mumbai & Dubai , exploring new markets. Prepare business reports, growth strategies, and investor-ready presentations. Location Mumbai (R City, Ghatkopar) Flexibility to travel to Dubai as part of the role.
