• Deliver measurable impact in client growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Creative & Operational Oversight

• Oversee creative strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, digital, fashion, and media).
• Ensure flawless execution across branding, marketing, and e-commerce projects.

Team & Leadership Development

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across functions.
• Establish processes and systems for scalable operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Founder’s Office & Market Expansion

• Work directly with the Founder’s Office on business vision, strategy, and execution.
• Play an active role in
