Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join the Founder’s Office. This role involves working closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, operations, and project execution. You will act as an enabler for the leadership team—ensuring smooth communication, data-backed decision-making, and seamless execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support:

  • Work directly with the Founder on strategic planning, research, and execution of critical business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic briefs and presentations.
  • Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards and reports for management reviews.

2. Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Liaise between departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Follow up on key deliverables and ensure timely execution of action items discussed in leadership meetings.
  • Manage communication and coordination with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

3. Project & Operations Management:

  • Oversee special projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Manage operational tasks such as vendor management, documentation, and logistics for business processes (including import/export documentation if applicable).
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiency across teams.

4. Founder Enablement:

  • Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries when required.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for key meetings and partnerships.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Sheets).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
