Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Paid Media Manager with a strong background in eCommerce performance marketing, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working within a digital marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts, and delivering high-ROI paid media campaigns.
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid strategies across search and social platforms, with a focus on scaling revenue, optimizing performance, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Manage multiple eCommerce client accounts, ensuring KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition goals are met or exceeded.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Collaborate closely with creative and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment on goals, branding, and user experience.
Use advanced segmentation and audience targeting strategies to scale paid media performance.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance across platforms, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
Provide clear and actionable performance reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on platform changes, digital trends, and industry best practices to proactively improve campaign results.
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce marketing, including running successful campaigns for DTC brands or online retailers.
Proficient in Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, with deep knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Excellent client communication, time management, and project organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4, and third-party attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other emerging paid platforms.
Comfortable managing media budgets over $50K/month per client or account.
