Roles and responsibilities

Statutory Audits & Tax Audits

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing audits of companies, LLPs, firms, and other entities as per Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and relevant statutes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Internal Audits & Risk Reviews

• Conduct process reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare internal audit reports highlighting key observations and risk areas.
• Support clients in strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks.

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP/Cloud-based systems.
• Handle reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany).
• Assist in preparation of periodic MIS, financial statements, and management reports.

Compliance Support

• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings).
• Assist clients with ROC filings and other corporate compliances.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting, audit, and compliance solutions.
• Support in advisory projects relating to business restructuring, financial due diligence, and regulatory updates.

Team Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with seniors/partners in delivering assignments.
• Guide and mentor article assistants and junior team members.
• Demonstrate ownership of tasks and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
