Job Description

the Roles and Responsibilities

Provide leadership support to the team by handling client escalations and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee team coordination, providing guidance on tax advisory, compliance management, and statutory audits.
Develop strong internal audit processes to ensure effective financial control systems are in place.
Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure seamless execution of company secretarial functions, including board meetings and AGM preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in accountancy field with expertise in areas such as tax litigation, tax advisory, internal audits, stock audits, compliance management, etc.
Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant (CA) intermediate qualification is preferred.
Strong understanding of taxation laws and Indian GAAP principles and practices; knowledge of international accounting standards is an added advantage.
