Qualifications

  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with campaign optimization, budgeting, and analytics to maximize ROI
  • Strong teaching, coaching, and communication skills for training individuals or small groups
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with tracking tools to analyze performance metrics effectively
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of advertising industry trends and updates
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with youth education or mentorship programs is a plus
