Social Media Content & Strategy Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules on:
• Content creation (short videos, reels, posts, scripts, copywriting)
• Social media strategy, content planning, and storytelling
• Platform algorithms and growth methodologies
• Brand positioning, audience psychology, and engagement strategies
• Analytics, insights, and performance optimization
• Conduct engaging workshops, live demos, and interactive sessions.
• Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to learners.
• Create real-world assignments, projects, and case studies to build hands-on skills.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine curriculum and improve learner outcomes.
• Help learners achieve measurable improvements in their content and online presence.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of:
• Growing social media accounts
• Creating viral or high-performing content
• Executing strategic content plans
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy, actionable steps.
