Paid Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns (traffic, lead generation, conversions, retargeting).
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
• Track daily performance metrics, analyze data, and improve campaign ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor ad spend budgets and ensure efficient cost management.
• Conduct competitor ad analysis and market research for better targeting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage lead quality checks and support the sales/marketing team with conversion insights.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of ad metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and funnel optimization.
• Ability to work with creative teams to develop ad visuals and copies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong execution capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in running paid ads.
