Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new opportunities for growth by researching potential customers and industries.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in packaging industry or related field (corrugated boxes).
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through Sales & Marketing efforts.
Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Sales Process Management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
