Job Description

  • Achieve banquet sales targets through proactive lead generation, conversion, and upselling
  • Cross-promote banquet and restaurant offerings to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, wedding, and premium event clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and showcase facilities professionally.
  • Retain clients through personalized service and consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with operations, culinary, and service teams for bespoke event planning.
  • Create menu proposals with cost and quality considerations.
  • Oversee flawless event execution as the main client liaison.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts within approved guidelines.
  • Ensure timely processing of deposits, contracts, and cancellations.
  • Submit accurate sales performance and pipeline reports regularly.
  • Menu and Requirement coordination with culinary team and Guest.
  • Get guest/ client feedback and testimonials for future continues improvement and marketing purpose.
  • Be physically available at major events to take leads and meet target audience with a very diplomatic and hospitable manner.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 7 years of proven experience in banquet or high-end hospitality sales, with exposure to corporate and premium social segments.
  • Strong understanding of the premium F&B and event market dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to curate bespoke event experiences for a discerning clientele.
  • Strong operational coordination skills to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Good in convincing capability
