This addition allows us to provide end-to-end packaging support—combining structural protection with customized printing and branding under one roof.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Packaging Designer to join our growing team in Moradabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on designing, developing, and optimizing sustainable paper-based packaging solutions, including honeycomb structures, angle boards, corrugated boxes, and printed packaging.

You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into functional, cost-effective, and visually appealing packaging designs, working closely with sales, production, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop paper-based packaging solutions such as honeycomb packaging, angle boards, pallets, boxes, and printed cartons.
• Create structural packaging designs, dielines, mockups, and prototypes as per customer specifications.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-efficient, and performance-driven.
• Understand client requirements related to load strength, protection, logistics handling, and sustainability.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and artwork files for production.
• Support colour printing and box development with layout design, branding, and print-ready files.
• Coordinate for sampling, testing, and design validation.
• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and sustainable innovations.
• Assist in improving existing designs for better performance, reduced material usage, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial / B2B packaging design is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD (preferred).
• Strong understanding of paper materials, structural strength, and packaging performance.
• Ability to convert technical requirements into practical design solutions.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Willingness to visit the factory floor and client sites when required.
