Job Description – Packaging Designer

Location: Hebbal – Kirloskar Business Park
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Experience: 4–6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to design innovative, print-ready packaging for FMCG/D2C products while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, cartons, pouches, and boxes
• Develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Prepare print-ready artwork including dielines, bleed, and color formats
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for final output
• Create mockups and revise designs based on feedback
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and compliance

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW
• Understanding of packaging materials & printing processes
• Attention to detail and creative thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG / Food / D2C packaging
• Knowledge of barcode placement and regulatory text
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹587,751.60 - ₹731,421.11 per year
