About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive (Blended Process) with2–6 years of experience in handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Provide product/service guidance to customers across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of customer support experience in a blended process (voice + non-voice).
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Zoho).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,140.89 - ₹29,040.69 per month
