Role Description:

Sales Executive

business development, client relationship management, and sales growth

You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, building partnerships and promoting our range of sustainable paper packaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B industrial packaging segments.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and on-site visits when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market movements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel for client visits across assigned regions.
