Job Description


  • In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
  • As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
  • You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value

  • Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time

  • Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
  • Identify Business Requirement for Talent and Performance work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.
  • Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze and translate business requirements to Workday system.
  • Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments.
  • Advise clients on industry standards for Talent & Performance cycle process areas in order to provide suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the project.
  • Assist client in the resolution of Talent / Performance related issues.
  • Support project team for successful delivery of the client’s business requirements through all phases of the implementation.
  • Workday HCM certification and certified in workday Talent & Performance.
  • Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Talent and/or Performance Workday modules in at least 1 project.
  • 2+year experience in end-to-end implementation of HCM Core and Talent and Performance module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred.

  • Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model.
  • Proficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in Workday
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
