Job Description

Should be technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and its associated Recruiting features such as candidate status set, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup and reporting areas.

Should be technically strong in Onboarding 2.0 and its associated Onboarding Features such as Onboarding Panels, Compliance Forms, Notifications, Security Permissions, Business Rules/Advanced Conditions, MDF Objects etc

Should have working exposure in Implementation and Support experience.

Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.

SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Should be technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and its associated Recruiting features such as candidate status set, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup and reporting areas.

Should have working exposure in Implementation and Support experience.

SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0

Preferred technical and professional experience

Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.

Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
