To drive B2B sales growth in the wire and cable segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with industrial clients, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through strategic sales planning and execution. Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of B2B sales experience in the electrical, wire & cable, or industrial products sector.
  • Strong understanding of wire and cable products, specifications, and applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.

  • - Plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.


Customer Base Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new customers and dealers.
  • Conduct potential mapping and develop extraction plans.

  • Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.


Market Intelligence

  • Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Share insights with internal teams for strategic planning.

  • Suggest changes to sales approach based on competitor analysis.


Key Account Management

  • Work closely with identified key accounts to build brand preference.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.

  • Customize engagement plans for key accounts.
  • Escalate strategic account issues to leadership.


Promotional Activities

  • - Conduct in-house seminars, product presentations, and promotional events at regular intervals.

  • Approve event formats and coordinate with marketing for execution.


Network Expansion

  • Expand dealer network based on territory potential.
  • Ensure proper coverage and service levels across the region.

  • Recommend new dealer locations and support onboarding process.
