Role Overview: You have a unique and exciting opportunity to work with a worldwide leader in Media & Entertainment based in Orlando, US. As part of this premier entertainment company with operations worldwide, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Financials of R2R/A2R/Tax processes being performed out of the delivery center. Your primary function will involve reviewing existing control mechanisms and identifying better controls to ensure quality output to the client. Key Responsibilities: - Review existing control mechanisms and identify better controls to ensure quality output to the client - Act as a single point of contact for the client organization in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities - Understand what it takes to manage a business and position the right offerings to bring value to the client - Ensure implementation of best practices in People, Process, Technology, and Controls in conjunction with the Practice Teams - Collaborate with Practice teams to deliver Transformation & Innovation projects - Implement relevant Technology platforms and drive RPA Adoption across the processes - Manage contractual re-negotiations to protect business interests while maintaining customer satisfaction - Support Account Development and manage the talent pipeline within the team Qualification Required: - M.Com/ MBA/ CMA/ CA with 15+ years of experience in OTC and PTP - Experience in managing a team of 200+ people across multiple geographies - Excellent communication, client management, and internal stakeholders management skills - Working experience in SAP S4 Hana and familiarity with tools and technology in OTC and PTP processes - Experience in driving transformation in OTC and PTP processes resulting in high-value savings for customers - Proficiency in process standardization, deriving efficiencies, and acting as a Process Champion during system implementations - Strong Quality audit/ review skills, analytical & problem-solving skills, and understanding of business numbers and accounting - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage with Senior Management teams - Proficient in the use of desktop and workflow management tools About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
