Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as an Overseas Education Counsellor (Business Development Manager) in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in the education industry, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Roles and Responsibility

Participate in client meetings and engage with parents and students confidently.
Counsel and assist students with their Study Abroad needs, including SAT, GMAT, GRE, and profile building.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including market trends and customer needs.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers to meet sales targets.
Foster and develop relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs.
Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Motivated, passionate, and driven to make an impact in the education space.
Preferably from the study abroad industry with knowledge of standardized tests such as SAT, SAT II, GMAT, GRE, and ACT.
Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
Enjoys working with youngsters aged 16-19 and young professionals.
Prepared to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with a long-term commitment to partner in growth.
Ability to think strategically and set aims and objectives to improve the business.
Bachelor's degree is required; any specialization can be considered.
