Job Description

Your Role

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of applications built on the OutSystems platform.

Define and enforce architecture, design patterns, and development standards across teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to gather and validate requirements.

Translate business needs into high-level technical solutions and architecture.

Manage and support full SDLC from design to deployment and post-production support.

Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews, pair programming, and coaching.

Own solution performance tuning, security implementation, and scalability decisions.

Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.

Ensure code quality, modularity, reusability, and documentation standards.

Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release management.

Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical production issues.

Support governance and compliance using OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and Lifetime.

Promote innovation and adoption of new OutSystems features and best practices.

Your Profile

Expertise in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime.

Proven experience in architecting and leading enterprise-scale OutSystems projects.

Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, modularization, performance, and security.

Proficient in integrating external systems using APIs, enterprise services, or connectors.

Solid grasp of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.

Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
