Outside Sales Engineer

As a Sales Support Specialist, your role will involve supporting outside sales by implementing solution selling strategies, planning and executing strategic deals in complex sales cycles, and preparing financial business cases for sales opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Presenting company/products and aligning customer needs with suitable solutions - Managing RFP/RFI responses and effectively communicating client requirements to Inside Sales - Establishing strong customer relationships to generate new business prospects - Negotiating contracts and leading sales projects to successful completion - Coordinating with Customer Service for post-sales support such as services, spares, and training - Efficiently managing your time and providing support to local sales partners for optimal success To qualify for this role, you should possess: - At least 4-6 years of experience in B2B Sales with a proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions - Expertise in developing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, delivering customer-focused service, and positioning products competitively - Strong commercial acumen along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office - Flexibility to travel as required Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
