Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Area Sales Manager, located in Dharwad. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales efforts, proactively identify and target potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include formulating and executing sales strategies, presenting product solutions, providing technical assistance, meeting sales targets, and creating periodic sales reports. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals is also a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise and skills in customer relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge in technical product presentation and ability to provide clear technical guidance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for fostering strong client relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for regional sales growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other digital platforms used in sales and account management
  • Relevant experience in sales, particularly in industrial or automation-related fields
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role
