Outside Sales Engineer

• Support outside sales with solution selling

• Plan and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles

• Prepare financial business cases for sales opportunities

Skill Required:

• 4–6 years of

  experience in B2B Sales with a strong record in selling complex enterprise solutions.

• Skilled in building senior-level relationships, customer-focused service, and competitive product positioning.

• High commercial acumen, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Willing to travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection

• Present company/products and match customer needs with solutions

• Manage RFP/RFI responses and effectively communicate client needs to Inside Sales

• Build strong customer relationships and create new business opportunities

• Negotiate contracts and lead sales projects to success

• Coordinate with Customer Service for after-sales support (services, spares, training)

• Manage time efficiently and support local sales partners for maximum success

• Bachelor in Engineering Mechanical / Industrial / Electronics / Automation Engineering or relevant ones
