During outreach events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns, the position may require early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend involvement. A strong sense of responsibility, time management, and commitment to the role is essential. Roles and Responsibilities : Oversee the planning and execution of all offline marketing and outreach activities, including education fairs, school/college engagements, workshops, seminars, and brand partnerships. Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with schools, educators, career counsellors, and local influencers to increase brand visibility and trust. Collaborate with leadership to identify new outreach opportunities in untapped regions and design market entry strategies. Supervise the digital marketing team and ensure brand-aligned execution across all digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Review and approve monthly digital marketing strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and campaign performance. Ensure all digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns, etc.) are aligned with offline efforts and lead-generation goals. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between digital marketing, outreach teams, and creative teams for unified campaigns. Monitor analytics reports from social media platforms, ad dashboards, and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements. Guide the digital team in influencer partnerships, community building, and audience engagement strategies on social platforms. Take ownership of content themes, tone of voice, and visual storytelling across digital and offline assets, ensuring synergy with the company’s brand guidelines. Review and approve all physical and digital marketing collateral including brochures, event kits, posters, standees, social media creatives, and ad copies. Handle vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, merchandise, and on-ground branding execution. Develop campaigns in collaboration with cafes, retail partners, co-working spaces, and other community brands for non-digital marketing activations. Manage all BTL (below-the-line) marketing activities including society activations, kiosk branding, and event promotions. Evaluate ROI from both digital and offline activities and share monthly performance reports with senior leadership. Lead the execution of branding for in-office spaces, outreach booths, and event venues to ensure visual consistency and impact. Oversee timely production and stock of marketing collaterals, merchandise, giveaways, and educational materials. Innovate new outreach models for on-ground presence and better online visibility.
