Outreach Manager

Role Overview: As an Outreach Manager for School Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to drive awareness and engagement for various programs by building and maintaining strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and relevant communities. Your role will involve strategic outreach, relationship building, and representing the brand at various forums. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs. - Represent the client at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education. - Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India. - Manage and nurture relationships with stakeholders including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations. - Provide regional insights and feedback to help refine program offerings and communication strategies. - Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships, track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies. Qualification Required: - A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred. - 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. - High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. - Comfortable with extensive travel as required.,
