Our mission is to set industry standards and establish India’s most trusted and reliable pet marketplace. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Executive will handle daily operations, collaborate with teams to drive efficiency, and ensure goals are met within organizational policies. Responsibilities will also include managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the growth and excellence of Zooaki’s services. Qualifications Strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage operations and ensure compliance. Proficiency in strategic planning, coordination, and leadership within teams. Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities. A passion for animal care and ethical trade within the pet-commerce industry is highly beneficial. Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools and technology is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred (3rd and 4th year students are also accepted).
