💻 Position: Outreach Manager (School Partnerships)

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Extensive travel to multiple locations across India required)

🗓️ Working Days: 6 days

⏰ Work Timings: 10am -7pm

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.
• Represent our client at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
• Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
• Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
• Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
• Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Comfortable with extensive travel as required
