Outreach Manager

The Outreach Manager at Kruu will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing partnerships within the education sector in Mumbai. As a passionate and results-driven individual, you will be responsible for engaging with schools, educators, and key stakeholders to establish collaborations, drive adoption of Kruu programs, and position Kruu as a leading advocate for educational innovation. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, group education heads, and counselors across Mumbai. You will also be tasked with promoting Kruu's offerings to potential partners, supporting onboarding processes, and identifying and engaging with key education groups for long-term collaborations. Your role will involve executing a region-specific outreach plan aligned with Kruu's mission and revenue targets. Additionally, you will represent Kruu at regional education events, conferences, and school expos, while organizing local roadshows and information sessions. It will be essential for you to stay updated on regional education trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product enhancement. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, pipelines, and partnerships using internal tools. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, outreach, or school relations, particularly in the EdTech or education services sector, is required. Having a strong network within the Mumbai education sector is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel regionally and conduct in-person school visits.
