Job Description

As a School/College Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for explaining the distinguishing features of our products and programs to prospective schools/colleges and their principals. You will engage with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to promote activities like Career Assessment Tests, Career Counselling Sessions, Workshops, etc., in order to generate leads. Your role will involve providing strategic direction for all outreach-related activities, overseeing lead generation, management, tele-calling, and conversion, as well as resolving any issues that may arise within the team. You will play a key role in ensuring that the team meets its targets on time by creating the team structure, overseeing staff reporting mechanisms, and providing training to new employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the Outreach database, preparing outreach reports with relevant metrics, and aligning outreach strategies with the organization's larger goals. Participation in educational events, fairs, information sessions, and seminars as a representative of the organization will also be a part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team to plan promotional materials and events, providing regular feedback on leads generated by the sales team, and managing relationships with schools/colleges for future engagements are essential aspects of this role. Establishing and nurturing alliances with external consultants and stakeholders to expand the organization's reach is also a critical component of the position. To qualify for this role, you should hold an Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable university in India or abroad. A minimum of 2+ years of sales/outreach experience with schools/colleges in India is required, along with proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams are essential attributes for success in this position.
