Outreach Manager

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Business Development team with a focus on Below The Line (BTL) Business Development as an Outreach Expert for Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Thane. Your primary role will involve being at the forefront of sales activities, aiming to drive business growth, meet monthly sales targets, and acquire new customers through targeted marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting for new customers by engaging with new clients (vendors) and maximizing lead generation. - Ensure timely execution of all sales activities, including following up on leads, campaigns, referrals, and any self-generated leads. - Track and report on marketing performance, analyze acquisition results and market conditions, and provide daily updates to your immediate manager. - Maintain performance standards, meet business targets, ensure controls and compliance are adhered to, and oversee the marketing function in the region covered by the base center. - Engage with colleges through seminars and workshops for students, along with collecting relevant databases from various sources. - Develop and execute monthly, half-yearly, and yearly marketing plans to align with the organization's overall objectives. - Evaluate performance based on dedicated sales efforts to achieve assigned targets, including activities such as leaflet distribution, organizing stalls in colleges, malls, public places, and more. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. - Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.,
