 We’re Hiring – Outlet Manager | Hyderabad 

Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences?

We are looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead operations at a fast-growing QSR / hospitality outlet in Hyderabad.

 Location: Hyderabad

 Salary: ₹6 LPA

 Industry Preference: QSR / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily outlet operations and maintain brand standards

 Recruit, train & motivate a high-performing team

 Achieve sales targets, manage costs & optimize profitability

 Handle customer escalations with excellence

 Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry standards

 Drive local marketing to boost visibility and footfall

What we’re looking for:

 Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred

 3–6 years’ experience in outlet management (QSR experience a big plus!)

 Strong leadership & team management skills

 Customer-first approach with a passion for service excellence
