The Role

hands-on and detail-oriented Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee

  daily café operations

  , ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Prepare and manage

  weekly rosters

  , ensuring optimal staffing and shift coverage.
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high levels of coordination and communication.
• Conduct

  daily briefings

  , ensure team readiness, and monitor performance throughout the day.
• Lead

  training and development

  sessions to improve service, speed, and product knowledge.
• Maintain

  inventory and stock control

  , ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company policy.
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning every experience into a memorable one.
• Track outlet performance — from sales and wastage to feedback and attendance — and report regularly to the operations team.
• Support and participate in new initiatives, events, or brand activations at the outlet.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR outlet management
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience managing rosters, training, and shift planning
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A calm, people-first approach, and genuine love for hospitality 💛

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
