Job Summary:

As a Wellness Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for boosting sales, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service within our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the wellness outlet.
• Focus on the sales of services and wellness retail products.
• Target corporate clients and other potential customers.
• Collaborate with influencers to promote both products and services.
• Finalize corporate deals by targeting the appropriate audience.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assess the efficiency of sales strategies.
• Establish new systems and processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with members and guests.
• Actively participate in center and marketing activities.
• Monitor and address any issues related to product quality, cleanliness, or customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Skillsets:

• Previous experience in wellness, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
