Graphic Designer

Kheoni is a sustainability-led SKINCARE startup that was born to support a forest in central India. This involved planting 35k trees over a barren hill over the last 7 years for us to win a biodiversity award in the year 2022. To sustain this forest, a beautiful and responsible skincare range of products was created. The brand "Kheoni" is owned by Kheoni Ventures Pvt Ltd.

We are in the process of launching niche, organic, and sustainable beauty and wellness products. We are rewarding, and our goal is to be the leaders in natural, environment-friendly, and organic living-based products, experiences, and wellness methods. We seek individuals who can work like owners in their own capacity, and add to the startup environment with their creativity and skills.

We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
