Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing IT services company, providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. As we expand, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Specialist MENA to focus on outreach efforts, helping to grow our customer base and generate new business opportunities.

Roles & responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including Email, LinkedIn, Phone, market research, and referrals.
Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and present our software solutions to prospective customers.
Email Campaign Development: Create email templates, write email copy, and manage email databases.
Campaign Execution: Segment email lists, personalize emails, and run A/B tests.
Campaign Analysis: Use analytical tools to track and measure campaign success.
Meeting Goals: Working towards monthly KPIs and Lead Generation targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Skills required

2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT services and software development; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Collaborative approach with a willingness to support and learn from colleagues.
