Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound sales, and managing inside sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, initiating contact, nurturing leads, and closing sales. This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. The representative will also work closely with the marketing and support teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Lead Generation and lead nurturing
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in education or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, journalism or related field
