About the Role – Outbound Cold Calling (High Pressure, High Reward)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make

  100+ outbound cold calls daily

• Follow scripts and deliver a confident pitch
• Handle objections and maintain control of the conversation
• Build rapport with cold prospects
• Book sales appointments and qualify leads
• Log all interactions in our CRM
• Support new clients with onboarding as needed

Minimum Requirements — ALL Must Be Met

Experience

• 5+ years of outbound cold-calling sales experience

• 2+ years remote work in a structured environment

• Proven track record of hitting KPIs/targets
• Strong objection handling and phone presence

Technical

• CRM experience
• Dialer / VOIP experience
• Strong multitasking and script execution

Equipment (Non-Negotiable)

• 16 GB RAM computer

• Noise-cancelling headset
• High-speed internet (
