Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to reach out to prospective students and parents, promote our courses, and drive admissions. The role involves tele calling, follow-ups, and building strong relationships to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents about courses and programs.
• Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or demo classes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
• Handle inquiries and provide clear information about courses, fees, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective students.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• BPO calling experience will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15k to 18k per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
